Singing in the Rain

There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing! The children in Lollipops Albany's Toddler Room are loving the freedom of being able to go outside - rain or shine - with their new umbrellas.
Says centre manager Tracy Bedford, "We should all get our umbrellas and enjoy the rain as much our toddlers are."
