We worked with our local sportshub to develop an early fundamentals session here is the descriptor.
The sessions will be designed to introduce the children to the large arena space and participate in activities that will involve full-body movement. This will help develop their hand-eye co-ordination by throwing, catching and hitting balls, dribbling and kicking, and fitness and balance activities that will engage their gross motor skills.
