Meet our Centre Manager
Kia ora
I’m Shona! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. With 26 years of experience in early childhood education, my mission has always been to provide quality care and education in a group setting, while working closely with families to help children develop the lifelong skills they need to succeed.
What keeps me inspired every day? The children! I love working with kids of all ages and from all walks of life. They constantly amaze me with their curiosity, creativity, and unique perspectives. They teach me as much as I teach them, and they never fail to put a smile on my face with their wonderful, sometimes wildly unexpected ways of seeing the world.
