Highly recommend Active Explorers in Ellerslie. My son has attended all the way from nursery and is currently in the preschool class. The education programme (fantastic fours) is outstanding. My 4 year old absolutely loves the place. Amazing staff/teachers. Healthy meals provided. They do a lunchbox day once a week in preschool to help them prepare for when they go to primary school. The facilities are excellent with lots of space and outside areas. They continue to keep everything well maintained.

My four-year-old son has been attending Preschool One at Active Explorers for nearly a year. Even though this centre is not very close to our home, I chose it for several good reasons. Firstly, the teaching team here is incredibly professional. Active Explorers was my son's first experience with a childcare centre, and the transition was surprisingly smooth. After just a week, he told me he wanted to go there every day, and we had to explain that the centre is closed on weekends. He loves hugging his teachers and eagerly says, "I love you, see you tomorrow" when I pick him up. To me, his happiness defines our success. The teachers' commitment to tailoring teaching strategies to suit each child's unique needs is both heartwarming and inspiring. They offer a variety of topics and activities, making learning enjoyable. Secondly, the management team, led by the dedicated centre manager, Tom, is very supportive. Tom's leadership even led to an upgrade of the outdoor facilities, providing a caring and stimulating environment. Lastly, the physical environment is excellent. The classrooms are tidy and well-lit, and plenty of teaching resources are available. Active Explorer is where exploration, education, and care combine to provide an exceptional early learning experience.

I'd like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the awesome teachers, lovely receptionist, and the most caring manager of Active Explorers Ellerslie. My son has just started with them, and I couldn't be happier. As a first-time Mum, I had a lot of anxiety about being separated from my son, and he felt the same way as he had always been with me. However, the fantastic teachers in Nursery 1 (Arezoo, Azi, and Diana) have made his transition so much more pleasant for both of us by keeping me updated with daily photos and taking great care of my son. Although my son has only recently started, I feel incredibly lucky to have found this center, and I'm very grateful 😊🌟
